Bad day :(
I had a nasty reaction to my allergy shots this morning and ended up knocked out on a double dose of Benadryl today for 6 hours. To top it off I had cramps. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

Tomorrow take a triple dose. ;) I hope you feel better, curl up with a heating pad or a hot water bottle.
I wouldn't wake up for days if I took a triple dose. That stuff just knocks me out. Today I feel a little better. Anaphelctic reactions are scary. It really makes me afraid of stuff. I think maybe I will feel better today after I exercise. That always makes me feel better. I got this new eliptical trainer and it is awesome! I love it.
I wish they could just fix you, so this doesn't happen again. That's scary, I'd be afraid of stuff too!
I've read a little about a drug that is being tested that blocks the antibodies that cause bad reactions. I'm hoping they get it on the market soon.
