You're gonna end up with a dent from his door.
Truthfully, his vehichle is too long too. I'd be very worried about someone getting hit because you can't see past it.
Complain to the super, Shai. It's dangerous to both your property and the Sandtrout. You are paying for it, get a different spot or tell them to move him.

I complained. They said they don't think there is anything they can do about it and treated me like an idiot for even mentioning it to them. grrrrrrrrr
Go downtown and get a copy of the bylaws. :D
