Me too! Especially simmered in canola oil and a touch of vinegar. Probably not these kind though. They're probably poisoness, though I'm not an expert on these things.
YUM! I would never trust myself to pick out edible mushrooms. I used to love Ruby Tuesday's portabella swiss sandwhich. It was so good! But now I have all these allergies and I can't go out to eat. :(
That would be cool, but I doubt it would get a lot of business where I live. I would have to go somewhere lots of other people like to be, which is where I don't want to be. I hate big cities. Too many people, too much traffic, and funny smells.

That's the prettiest one so far. :) I would hang that. :)
Thanks! I'm thinking about making it an 8*10 or bigger. I like how the contrast turned out.
Whats up with you and the shrooms Shai??????
They taste good, and they are good for you too. I definitly would not ever eat THOSE kind ever again. I had a bad experience yah know. :)
I love mushrooms. ;)

I don't think I'd eat any mushroom that I found growing in the woods. I'm sure there are books that tell you which ones are ok to eat.
I love them sauteed in butter with breadcrumbs. :) Mmmmmm.

You should start a restaurant chain for people with allergies.
